JROCKSTOCKS RISK DISCLOSURE & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Last updated: October 3, 2026 These terms apply to JRockStocks.com, AlphaProphet, paid memberships, watchlists, alerts, livestreams, educational content, and the Rock Squad community. 1. EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND YOUR DECISIONS JRockStocks provides general stock research, market commentary, educational material, and trade-planning examples. Content is not tailored to your finances, account size, portfolio, experience, objectives, or risk tolerance. It is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. JRockStocks is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. We do not manage subscriber accounts, execute trades for subscribers, or determine whether an investment is suitable for you. Entries, stops, targets, watchlists, alerts, and opinions are general planning information. They do not account for your circumstances or require you to place a trade. You decide whether to trade and are responsible for your entries, exits, position size, and risk management. 2. TRADING RISK Penny stocks, low-float stocks, and short-term trading involve substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Margin can increase losses beyond your initial deposit. Prices can change rapidly. Trading halts, dilution, reverse splits, wide spreads, poor liquidity, and overnight gaps can prevent execution at your intended price. A stop order does not guarantee an execution price or maximum loss. Do your own research and independently verify information before trading. Seek advice from a qualified financial professional when appropriate. 3. ALPHAPROPHET AND DATA LIMITATIONS AlphaProphet is an educational research and trade-planning tool. Its outputs may include catalysts, filings, dilution risk, float estimates, volume, momentum, scores, and price levels. Information from public sources, third-party providers, automated systems, and user inputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or misinterpreted. A score is not a guarantee of accuracy, and a suggested level is not a guaranteed fill. Processing time and coverage depend on available data and service conditions. An analysis does not establish that every relevant filing, risk, or news item has been identified. Never rely solely on AlphaProphet, an alert, or a watchlist to place a trade. Verify current price action, liquidity, filings, news, and risk independently. 4. RESULTS, TARGET HITS, AND TESTIMONIALS Past performance does not guarantee future results. No profit, income, win rate, return, or trading success is promised. Screenshots, testimonials, selected examples, and reported target-hit rates do not establish what a subscriber earned. TP1 or other target-hit statistics are not realized account returns. A target being reached does not establish an entry fill or whether a stop was reached first. Actual results depend on execution, position sizing, timing, spreads, slippage, fees, taxes, and risk management. Selected examples may not represent all outcomes. 5. POSITIONS AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST JRockStocks' owner, moderators, guests, affiliates, and community members may hold or trade securities discussed. Positions may change before, during, or after a discussion, and their trades may differ from published examples. These interests can create conflicts. JRockStocks does not accept compensation to promote specific securities without disclosing that compensation as required by law. Any paid securities promotion must identify the nature, source, and amount of compensation with the relevant content. This general notice does not replace a specific disclosure. 6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL Current monthly plans: • Full Access — $49.99 per month. Includes AlphaProphet and the additional membership features listed at checkout. • AlphaProphet — $19.99 per month. Research-tool access only; Full Access community and membership benefits are not included. The selected plan, included features, price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment. Your purchase confirmation identifies the plan you purchased. By affirmatively authorizing recurring billing at checkout, you permit charges to your selected payment method every month until you cancel. Any future price changes will be communicated in advance, with consent obtained where required by law. 7. CANCELLATION Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. You may use any cancellation controls available in your account or send a cancellation request through Contact Us at JRockStocks.com. Include the email associated with your subscription so we can identify it. A cancellation request received before your next billing date stops that renewal. Unless access is terminated for a rule violation, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Leaving Discord or simply stopping use of the service does not by itself cancel billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges. 8. REFUNDS AND BILLING ERRORS Subscriptions provide digital access that may begin immediately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, for confirmed billing errors, or as expressly provided in these terms. Unused time, trading losses, lack of results, failure to use the service, or cancellation after a renewal do not by themselves qualify for a refund. Contact us through Contact Us at JRockStocks.com if you believe a charge is incorrect. We will review and correct confirmed billing errors. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights to dispute unauthorized or improper charges. 9. COMMUNITY RULES AND TERMINATION Member posts, chat messages, and third-party opinions are not necessarily endorsed or verified by JRockStocks. Independently check information shared by other users. Harassment, spam, deceptive stock promotion, market manipulation, unauthorized redistribution of paid content, account sharing, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. We may moderate content or suspend or terminate access for violations. A rule violation does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject to applicable law. If we end a paid subscription without a violation by you, we will either provide access through the paid period or refund its unused portion. We will stop future renewal charges when we terminate a subscription. 10. AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY Services and third-party platforms may experience outages, delays, interruptions, or errors. Content and tools are provided "as is" and "as available," subject to applicable law and the specific commitments made with your purchase. You are responsible for your trading decisions and exposure to market risk. JRockStocks does not insure your trades or promise reimbursement for market losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive. 11. OPTIONAL TIPS Optional tips are voluntary and do not purchase a subscription, additional services, or trading results. Payments made for an agreed subscription or service remain purchase payments regardless of the payment method. We do not represent tips as tax-deductible charitable contributions. 12. GOVERNING LAW AND YOUR RIGHTS Nevada law governs these terms, except where mandatory protections in your jurisdiction apply. Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Nevada. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a regulator or exercising non-waivable consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. 13. ACCEPTANCE AND CONTACT Review these terms before purchasing. By affirmatively accepting them at checkout, you acknowledge the trading risks and agree to the terms applicable to your selected subscription.
